Manufacturing Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.

Allocate work and manage production operators and technicians.

Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved on time.

Monitor production processes, machine performance, and output.

Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and delays.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Engineering teams.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.

Monitor product quality and reduce defects, rejection, and rework.

Maintain production records, shift reports, and operational documentation.

Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.

Ensure proper machine setup, cleaning, and routine operational checks.

Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous-improvement activities.

Train and guide production staff on processes, safety, and quality requirements.

Monitor manpower utilization and shift performance.

Report production performance, downtime, quality issues, and other KPIs to management.

Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline within the production area.
