Manufacturing Engineer (Mech & Elec Engg)

Develop and optimize mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes.

Design, modify, and improve production equipment, machinery, tools, and fixtures.

Install, commission, and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery and electrical systems.

Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-system issues.

Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment.

Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Engineering teams.

Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.

Support machine upgrades, automation, and process-improvement projects.

Analyze production downtime, defects, equipment performance, and process efficiency.

Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process-development activities.

Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

Ensure manufacturing equipment and processes comply with safety and quality standards.
