Manufacturing Engineer

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.

Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Prepare and maintain process sheets, work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.

Analyze production issues, defects, downtime, and process bottlenecks.

Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Work with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Design, and Supply Chain teams.

Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new machinery and equipment.

Improve production efficiency, cycle time, yield, and material utilization.

Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist in tooling, fixtures, equipment, and process development.

Monitor production capacity and assist with manpower and resource planning.

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety and quality standards.

Conduct process trials and evaluate new materials, tools, and technologies.

Maintain production and process-performance records.

Provide technical support and training to production personnel.

Support audits, process validation, and quality-improvement activities.
