Manufacturing Engineer

Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and production methods.

Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement.

Monitor production performance, productivity, and process efficiency.

Identify and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues.

Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and technical reports.

Support the introduction of new products, machinery, and production processes.

Work with the Quality team to identify and eliminate quality issues.

Coordinate with Maintenance to reduce machine downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze production data and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Assist in capacity planning, line balancing, and manpower utilization.

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Support root-cause analysis for production failures and process deviations.

Train production personnel on new processes, equipment, and work instructions.

Monitor material utilization and help reduce manufacturing costs.
