Handle day-to-day banking and branch operations.
Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals and other banking services.
Process customer requests and ensure timely resolution of queries.
Support loan and credit-related activities, including documentation and preliminary assessment
Promote PNB's banking products such as savings accounts, loans, insurance and other financial services.
Assist in achieving branch business and customer acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
Follow RBI, PNB and other applicable banking rules and procedures.
Ensure KYC, AML and other regulatory compliance requirements are followed.
Monitor and maintain customer accounts and transaction records.
