Maintenance Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians and maintenance staff with general repairs, routine inspections, and facility upkeep.

• Handle basic tasks such as simple plumbing fixes, minor painting work, light carpentry, or electrical checks under supervision.

• Move equipment, tools, furniture, and maintenance materials safely across facility areas.

• Maintain tools and maintenance equipment in good working order and organize storage areas.

• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with standard health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of general maintenance practices and hand tools.

• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks.

• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Punctual, reliable, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
