Machine Operator (Production & Manufacturing)

Operate and monitor production machines according to SOPs and work instructions.

Set up machines and adjust operating parameters as required.

Load raw materials and ensure proper machine operation.

Monitor machine performance, production output, and product quality.

Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine faults to the maintenance team.

Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.

Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports.

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.

Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the production area.

Coordinate with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams.
