Machine Operator (Production & Manufacturing)

Operate production machines according to SOPs and work instructions.

Set up machines and adjust operating parameters as required.

Load raw materials and operate machinery safely.

Monitor machine performance and production output.

Inspect products for quality, dimensions, and specifications.

Identify machine faults, product defects, or abnormal operating conditions.

Report breakdowns and technical issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.

Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine machine maintenance.

Maintain production, machine, and shift records.

Follow workplace safety procedures and use required PPE.

Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.

Keep the production area clean and organized.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Meet assigned production targets and timelines.
