Machine Operator (Production & Manufacturing)

Operate production machines according to approved SOPs and work instructions.

Set up machines and adjust operating parameters as required.

Monitor machine performance, production output, and product quality.

Load raw materials and components into machines according to production requirements.

Perform routine inspections of machines and finished products.

Identify machine abnormalities, defects, and breakdowns and report them to supervisors.

Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.

Maintain machine logbooks, production records, and output reports.

Follow production schedules and achieve assigned targets.

Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.

Follow 5S, PPE, workplace safety, and quality-control procedures.

Minimize material wastage, machine downtime, and production defects.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.

Assist maintenance personnel during machine servicing and troubleshooting.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.
