Machine Operator (Production & Manufacturing)

Operate production machinery and equipment according to SOPs and work instructions.

Set up machines and adjust basic operating parameters as required.

Monitor machine performance and production output.

Check products during production to ensure they meet quality specifications.

Identify machine abnormalities, defects, and process deviations.

Report machine breakdowns and technical issues to the supervisor or Maintenance team.

Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine machine checks.

Maintain production records, machine logs, and inspection reports.

Follow production schedules and achieve assigned production targets.

Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.

Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Assist maintenance and quality teams during troubleshooting and inspections.

Minimize material wastage, rejection, and machine downtime.

Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality requirements.
