Machine Operator (Maintenance Services)

Operate machines and equipment according to SOPs and operating instructions.

Monitor machine performance and identify abnormal sounds, vibrations, or faults.

Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.

Assist maintenance engineers during machine inspection and repairs.

Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance activities.

Report machine breakdowns and technical issues to the maintenance supervisor.

Replace or assist with replacement of basic machine components when required.

Maintain machine operation and maintenance records.

Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.

Ensure machines and work areas are clean and properly maintained.

Support production and maintenance teams during equipment installation and servicing.

Help minimize machine downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
