Machine Operator (Maintenance Services)

Operate production machines according to SOPs and work instructions.

Set up machines and adjust operating parameters as required.

Monitor machine performance during production.

Check product quality, dimensions, and specifications.

Load raw materials and unload finished products safely.

Identify machine abnormalities, defects, or breakdowns and report them to the supervisor.

Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of machines.

Maintain production and machine-operation records.

Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace guidelines.

Minimize material wastage and production downtime.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
