Machine Operator (Maintenance Services)

Operate machines and equipment safely according to SOPs and work instructions.

Monitor machine performance and identify unusual noise, vibration, temperature, or other abnormalities.

Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and inspection.

Assist maintenance technicians during machine servicing and repairs.

Conduct routine checks before and after machine operation.

Report machine breakdowns and technical issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.

Maintain proper records of machine operation, maintenance, and breakdowns.

Follow workplace safety rules, PPE requirements, and maintenance procedures.

Ensure tools and equipment are properly handled and stored.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine/work area.

Support preventive maintenance activities as assigned.

Follow quality standards and production/maintenance targets.
