Machine Operator (Maintenance Services)

Operate machines and equipment safely according to SOPs.

Monitor machine performance, output, and operating conditions.

Perform basic machine checks and routine maintenance activities.

Identify abnormal sounds, vibrations, leaks, or other machine issues.

Report breakdowns and technical problems to the maintenance team.

Assist technicians during machine repair and maintenance work.

Carry out cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and other basic preventive maintenance tasks.

Maintain machine operation and maintenance records.

Follow production schedules and maintain required output.

Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Follow workplace safety, PPE, and maintenance procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards around the machine area.
