Key Responsibilities

• General Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople, supervisors, and site staff with daily tasks and operations.

• Material Handling: Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, materials, and supplies safely.

• Site Maintenance: Clean, sweep, and maintain work areas, tools, and machinery to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

• Packing & Sorting: Pack, unpack, label, and sort goods or products as required by site needs.

• Operation Support: Operate basic non-complex machinery or tools under supervision.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to company safety rules, health standards, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements & Skills

• Education: No formal education required (Standard 8th / 10th pass preferred).

• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, lift heavy objects, and stand or move for extended periods.

• Skills: Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, punctuality, and ability to follow verbal instructions accurately.

• Experience: Prior experience as a factory helper, site worker, or general laborer is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Perks: Overtime pay, ESI/PF benefits, travel allowance, and performance bonuses (subject to company policies).
