Lab Researcher

Conduct laboratory experiments according to approved research protocols and SOPs.

Prepare samples, reagents, buffers, and experimental materials.

Perform techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, electrophoresis, microscopy, spectrophotometry, and cell-based assays as applicable to the project.

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

Record experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately.

Analyze and interpret experimental data using appropriate methods and software.

Troubleshoot experimental procedures and investigate unexpected results.

Maintain laboratory notebooks, research reports, and project documentation.

Follow GLP, GMP, biosafety, laboratory safety, and data-integrity practices.

Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with relevant scientific research.

Prepare research summaries, presentations, and technical reports.

Collaborate with scientists, research associates, technicians, and other departments.

Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure availability of required chemicals, reagents, and consumables.

Support method development, validation, and optimization activities where applicable.

Assist in preparation of research findings for presentations, publications, or internal reports.
