Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.

Assist in capacity planning and production scheduling.

Implement cost-reduction and process-improvement projects.

Prepare technical reports and maintain process documentation.

Ensure compliance with quality and workplace safety procedures.
