Industrial Engineer

Analyze production processes, workflows, and operational methods.

Conduct time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and capacity analysis.

Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and productivity losses.

Develop and implement process-improvement initiatives.

Optimize manpower, machines, materials, and production resources.

Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

Analyze production data, cycle times, downtime, and productivity.

Prepare process flowcharts, layouts, work instructions, and standard work documents.

Assist with production and capacity planning.

Identify opportunities to reduce waste, production costs, cycle time, and material losses.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.

Monitor KPIs and prepare productivity and performance reports.

Support implementation of new equipment, processes, and manufacturing technologies.

Conduct root-cause analysis for production and process issues.

Ensure processes comply with quality, safety, and operational requirements.

Train production personnel on improved processes and standard work methods.
