Industrial Engineer

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes and workflows.

Conduct time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and capacity analysis.

Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and productivity losses.

Develop and implement process-improvement initiatives.

Optimize manpower, machines, materials, and production resources.

Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement programs.

Analyze production data, cycle times, downtime, and overall equipment performance.

Prepare process layouts, flow charts, and standard work instructions.

Assist in production planning and capacity planning.

Reduce manufacturing costs, waste, cycle time, and material losses.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare productivity reports.

Support implementation of new processes, equipment, and manufacturing technologies.

Conduct root-cause analysis for production and process issues.

Ensure processes follow quality, safety, and operational standards.

Train production teams on improved processes and standard work methods.
