Industrial Engineer

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes and production workflows.

Conduct time studies, motion studies, and work measurement activities.

Develop efficient production methods and standard operating procedures.

Perform line balancing and optimize manpower utilization.

Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and unnecessary activities.

Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.

Monitor production efficiency, capacity, cycle time, and productivity.

Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.

Support capacity planning and production scheduling.

Identify opportunities to reduce material wastage, labor costs, and production time.

Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard work sheets.

Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to improve process performance.

Support new product introduction and process improvement projects.

Conduct root-cause analysis for productivity and process-related problems.

Assist in layout planning and optimization of machines, manpower, and material flow.

Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvement actions.

Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
