Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Compliance Executive to join our human resources team in Maihar. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing labor law adherence, statutory compliance management, HR audits, and ensuring corporate policy alignment across organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, statutory regulations, and statutory filings (PF, ESIC, minimum wages, etc.).

• Conduct regular HR audits, maintain employee documentation, and update statutory registers.

• Manage employee onboarding compliance, background verification checks, and personnel file management.

• Draft, implement, and communicate workplace safety, ethics, and company policy guidelines.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies, legal counsel, and internal departments to resolve compliance inquiries or audits efficiently.
