HR Calling Process

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold and warm outreach calls to prospective candidates based on recruitment requirements.

• Perform preliminary screening to evaluate candidates' communication skills, background, and job suitability.

• Schedule interviews between qualified candidates and internal hiring managers or clients.

• Maintain complete and accurate logs of caller interactions, candidate details, and feedback.

• Coordinate follow-ups with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and persuasive phone presence.

• Basic computer literacy to manage logs, tracking sheets, or applicant databases.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
