Job Overview

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations during the night shift to maintain luxury standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort throughout guest rooms and public areas. You will lead and inspect the work of room attendants and house attendants, ensuring high efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Supervision: Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas during the night shift to ensure adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and setup standards.

• Team Leadership: Assign tasks to room attendants and night housekeeping staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, and provide on-the-job training and guidance.

• Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor linen, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies usage. Identify and report maintenance issues or repair needs in guest rooms or public facilities promptly.

• Guest Service & Support: Respond quickly to guest requests, extra amenities calls, or complaints during night hours, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Operations.

• 1–3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Thorough knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and safety protocols.

• Flexibility to work consistent night shifts and maintain operational standards independently.
