Housekeeping Staff (Hospitality & F&B)

Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, public areas, and service areas.

Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitization.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, washrooms, and guest facilities.

Change bed linen, towels, and other room amenities as required.

Replenish toiletries, tissues, and housekeeping supplies.

Maintain cleanliness of restaurants, dining areas, and F&B service spaces.

Collect and dispose of waste according to hotel hygiene procedures.

Handle cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment safely.

Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.

Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, and workplace safety procedures.

Assist with room preparation before guest check-in and after check-out.

Support special cleaning activities, events, and banquet functions.

Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Maintenance, and other departments.

Maintain housekeeping checklists and cleaning records.

Provide courteous and professional service to guests when required.
