Job Overview

We are hiring dedicated and energetic Housekeepers to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order across our facility in Lohegaon, Pune. In this role, you will perform routine cleaning duties, manage sanitation supplies, and ensure all areas meet health and clean-environment standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, hallways, offices, and common areas.

• Sanitation: Clean and disinfect restrooms, washbasins, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces regularly.

• Waste Management: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and properly segregate waste for disposal.

• Supply Replenishment: Restock essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and cleaning chemicals.

• Reporting: Report damage, maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping, facility maintenance, or commercial cleaning preferred.

• Knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals, tools, and sanitation safety guidelines.

• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual cleaning tasks throughout shifts.

• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and punctuality.

• Basic verbal communication and team coordination skills.
