Health Care Worker

Assist patients with basic daily care and routine activities.

Support patients with mobility, feeding, personal hygiene, and positioning.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient-care areas.

Assist nurses and healthcare professionals with routine patient-care activities.

Handle and transport patient samples or materials according to facility procedures when assigned.

Maintain basic patient-care records and documentation.

Follow infection-control, PPE, and workplace safety procedures.

Provide emotional support and communicate respectfully with patients and their families.

Report emergencies, changes in patient condition, or safety concerns promptly.

Follow hospital/clinic SOPs, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.
