Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Gardener to join our team in Varanasi (Sarnath area). The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, nurturing, and enhancing the overall health and visual appeal of our gardens and green spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Care & Maintenance: Plant, water, prune, trim, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns.

• Soil & Garden Health: Prepare soil, perform weeding, remove dry leaves, apply proper fertilizers/pesticides, and protect plants from pests.

• General Upkeep: Ensure garden pathways, green spaces, and surrounding premises are clean, tidy, and free of trash or debris.

• Equipment Handling: Safely operate and maintain basic gardening tools and equipment (lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, watering hoses, shears).

• Seasonal Planting: Assist in planting and maintaining seasonal flowers and greenery according to climate requirements.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Prior experience as a Gardener or Groundskeeper.

• Sound knowledge of plant care, seasonal flora, soil preparation, and fertilizers.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors.

• Ability to work independently and follow maintenance schedules diligently.
