Food Production Supervisor

Supervise daily food production and processing activities.

Allocate work and manage production staff and operators.

Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved on time.

Monitor food preparation, processing, packaging, and storage operations.

Ensure products meet required quality, hygiene, and food-safety standards.

Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.

Check production processes and identify quality or operational issues.

Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Production Planning teams.

Maintain production records, batch records, and shift reports.

Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping of production areas.

Implement food-safety practices such as GMP, HACCP, and hygiene procedures.

Monitor wastage, rejection, production efficiency, and downtime.

Train and guide production workers on SOPs, safety, hygiene, and quality requirements.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment.

Investigate production issues and support corrective actions.

Prepare daily/weekly production reports and communicate performance to management.

Ensure compliance with applicable food-safety regulations and company procedures.
