Food Packaging

Operate and monitor food packaging machines and equipment.

Pack food products according to approved specifications and production plans.

Check packaging materials such as pouches, bottles, cartons, containers, and labels.

Ensure correct product quantity, weight, sealing, and packaging quality.

Verify product labels, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and other required information.

Inspect packed products for damaged or defective packaging.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packaging area.

Follow FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food-safety procedures.

Record production quantities, packaging details, and rejected products.

Identify and report machine problems, packaging defects, and quality issues.

Minimize packaging material wastage and production losses.

Handle and store packaged food products properly.

Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.

Follow PPE, workplace safety, and sanitation requirements.

Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of packaging equipment.
