Operate and monitor food packaging machines and equipment.

Pack food products according to approved specifications and production plans.

Check packaging materials such as pouches, bottles, cartons, labels, and containers.

Ensure correct product quantity, weight, sealing, and packaging quality.

Verify product labels, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and other required information.

Perform visual inspection of packed products for defects or damaged packaging.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packaging area.

Follow FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food-safety procedures.

Record production quantities, packaging details, and rejected products.

Identify and report machine problems, packaging defects, and quality issues.

Minimize packaging material wastage and production losses.

Follow proper handling and storage procedures for packaged food products.

Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.

Follow PPE, workplace safety, and sanitation requirements.

Maintain packaging equipment and assist with routine cleaning and maintenance.
