Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and active Field Executive to manage on-ground operational activities, conduct site visits, and handle field assignments across designated areas in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be punctual, well-organized, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills for field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Visits & Operations: Perform regular site visits, field verification, client interactions, or route executions as per operational schedules.

• On-Ground Coordination: Serve as a direct contact point between clients or service locations and back-office management.

• Data Collection & Documentation: Accurately collect, record, and upload field activity data, daily logs, and status updates onto management systems.

• Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot immediate field-level challenges or customer inquiries and escalate critical issues promptly.

• Process Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company guidelines, safety protocols, and route timelines during field operations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification / Any Graduate.

• Experience: Prior experience in field sales, collection, field audits, or logistics operations is preferred; energetic freshers are welcome to apply.

• Skills: Good communication, local geographic knowledge, basic smartphone/tablet operation skills, and time management.

• Requirements: Valid driver's license and own two-wheeler vehicle are preferred for field movement.
