Facility Maintenance Engineer

Manage day-to-day maintenance and operation of facility infrastructure and utilities.

Monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water supply, fire-fighting, and other facility systems.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Inspect equipment and identify potential faults or maintenance requirements.

Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and external service providers.

Attend breakdowns and ensure timely corrective action.

Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, service reports, and equipment records.

Monitor energy, water, and other utility consumption and identify opportunities for savings.

Ensure proper functioning of generators, pumps, compressors, air-conditioning systems, and other utility equipment.

Coordinate statutory inspections, equipment servicing, and AMC activities.

Ensure compliance with safety, fire protection, electrical, and environmental requirements.

Maintain adequate inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.

Support facility improvement and renovation projects.

Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions.

Prepare maintenance reports and provide updates to management.

Implement preventive measures to reduce equipment breakdowns and operational disruptions.
