Key Responsibilities

• Process Execution: Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring workflow timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as a liaison between field staff, administrative teams, and management to maintain seamless communication.

• Resource & Inventory Management: Monitor daily operational schedules, track resource allocation, and maintain proper inventory or asset logs.

• Problem Resolution: Identify operational bottlenecks, handle daily process escalations, and implement effective immediate solutions.

• Data & Reporting: Compile operational activity logs, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular summary reports for management review.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, or Any Graduate stream.

• Experience: Prior experience in operational support, logistics coordination, or process management is preferred; motivated freshers are welcome to apply.

• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), strong verbal and written communication, data management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Attributes: High organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
