Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Operation: Safely drive company vehicles to designated locations following planned routes and schedules.

• Passenger / Freight Transport: Ensure safe boarding and comfortable transport of passengers or secure loading/unloading of goods.

• Routine Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip inspections (checking oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, lights) and clean vehicles regularly.

• Log & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, trip details, and service/maintenance records.

• Compliance: Obey all local traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations at all times.

• Emergency Handling: Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays immediately to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 8th / 10th Standard pass.

• License: Valid Driving License (LMV / HMV as required for the specific vehicle category).

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of commercial or private driving experience.

• Knowledge: Sound knowledge of local routes, traffic rules, and basic vehicle mechanics.

• Skills: Good communication skills, punctuality, strong sense of responsibility, and clean driving history.

Salary & Compensation Structure

• Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience and license type)

• Variable / Additional Allowance:

  • Overtime Pay: Calculated per extra hour beyond normal shift timings.

  • Outstation / Night Allowance: ₹200 – ₹500 per day for overnight or long-distance travel.
