Distribution Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily distribution, dispatch and delivery activities.

Coordinate with distributors, dealers, retailers and internal teams.

Monitor sales orders, stock availability and inventory levels.

Prepare stock statements, sales reports and MIS.

Coordinate transportation, billing and payment follow-ups.

Maintain distributor records, agreements and documentation.

Process distributor claims, credit notes and settlements.

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.

Track orders and resolve distribution-related issues.

Support sales teams with product availability and distribution planning.

Monitor collections and outstanding payments.

Coordinate with production/warehouse teams for stock requirements.
