Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, reliable, and punctual Delivery Executives to join our growing team in the Champhai and Khawbung areas. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages to customers across designated routes. If you have good local road knowledge and a strong work ethic, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver packages safely and on time to customer locations.

• Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently using navigation/GPS tools.

• Verify customer details and obtain digital or signature confirmation upon delivery.

• Handle customer interactions professionally and answer basic delivery-related inquiries.

• Perform cash on delivery (COD) collections accurately, where applicable.

• Inspect delivery vehicle before starting daily shifts and report any maintenance issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and an active vehicle (Scooter/Bike) in good condition.

• Valid RC, Vehicle Insurance, and Pollution Certificate (PUC).

• Smart mobile phone with an active data connection for navigation and order management.

• Strong knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and routes in Champhai/Khawbung.

• Basic communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.

• Prior experience as a delivery rider, courier, or logistics assistant is a plus (Freshers are welcome to apply).
