Delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up packages/orders from the fulfillment hub and deliver them accurately to customer locations.

• Navigate designated delivery routes efficiently using GPS applications.

• Verify delivery items, collect payments (cash/digital) if required, and update order delivery status in real-time via mobile app.

• Interact professionally and politely with customers upon delivery.

• Maintain safety protocols and ensure package integrity throughout transit.

Key Requirements

• Two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid Driving License, RC, and Insurance (or willing to operate provided delivery vehicles/bicycles).

• Possession of a smartphone with active internet access.

• Good knowledge of local routes in and around Vasant Kunj and surrounding areas.

• Basic communication skills and customer handling ability.

• Punctual, reliable, and physical stamina for field delivery work.
