• Order Collection: Pick up packages, food, or grocery orders from designated warehouses, fulfillment hubs, or partner stores.

• Timely Delivery: Transport packages safely and deliver them to customer locations using smartphone GPS navigation.

• Cash & Digital Payments: Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) or verify digital payment confirmations from customers accurately.

• Package Handling: Ensure all products remain undamaged during transit.

• Customer Interaction: Communicate politely with customers upon arrival and handle location queries patiently over the phone.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Vehicle & License: Valid Driving License (DL) and a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with active RC and insurance (or willingness to ride an EV provided by the company).

• Smartphone: Android smartphone with active internet for app navigation.

• Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account details for salary/payout payouts.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with local routes, landmarks, and shortcuts along the expressway stretch.
