Data Entry Operator

Job Overview

We are looking for an accurate and fast-paced Data Entry Operator to manage, update, and maintain critical company records and data systems. In this role, you will enter data from various sources into our database, ensure data integrity, and verify the completeness of information for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Input: Input customer, financial, and operational data into company databases, spreadsheets, and management software.

• Verification & Auditing: Check source documents for accuracy, correct erroneous data, and eliminate duplicate records.

• Database Maintenance: Update and maintain existing records regularly to ensure all data remains current and organized.

• File Management: Organize digital files, scan paper records, and back up important documents according to company protocols.

• Reporting Support: Transcribe notes and generate routine summaries or periodic reports as requested by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma (10th/12th Pass) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Typing Speed & Accuracy: Fast typing speed (30+ WPM preferred) with high attention to detail and low error rate.

• Computer Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic database systems.

• Attention to Detail: Excellent proofreading and data verification capabilities.

• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle repetitive data tasks efficiently.
