Role Overview We are looking for a patient, customer-focused, and articulate Customer Care Executive to join our service team in Barisha, Kolkata. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, address issues promptly, deliver exceptional service support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, or customer queries regarding products, services, and order updates.

• Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide accurate resolutions or guidance in a friendly, professional manner.

• Document customer interactions, complaints, and resolution details accurately in the database/CRM system.

• Escalate complex or unresolved queries to the relevant department or supervisor as per standard operating procedures.

• Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution and high satisfaction levels.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor's degree in any stream.

• Experience: Freshers as well as candidates with prior experience in customer support, call center operations, or telecalling are welcome.

• Good verbal and written communication skills (Bengali, Hindi, and basic English).

• Active listening abilities, patience, and customer-oriented problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
