Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic, punctual, and reliable Courier / Delivery Executives to handle daily parcel pickups and package deliveries in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and efficient delivery operations while delivering a positive experience to end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and deliver parcels, documents, and packages safely to designated customer addresses.

• Inspect packages before dispatch to verify contents, packaging integrity, and delivery addresses.

• Review delivery orders daily, plan optimal routes, and follow assigned schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

• Collect proof of delivery, signatures, and payments (COD) accurately as required.

• Handle delivery vehicles responsibly and follow all local traffic laws and road safety rules.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license and clean driving record (if using a motorized vehicle).

• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and geographic areas in Gurgaon.

• Basic communication skills and ability to interact politely with customers.

• Strong time management, navigation, and organizational skills.
