CNC Operator

Operate CNC machines according to production requirements and work instructions.

Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces.

Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and CNC programs.

Monitor machine parameters and production operations.

Perform dimensional and quality inspections using measuring instruments.

Identify machining defects and make basic machine/tool adjustments.

Replace cutting tools and perform routine machine maintenance.

Maintain production and inspection records.

Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
