Clinical Lab Manager

Manage daily operations of the clinical laboratory.

Supervise, train, and schedule laboratory staff.

Oversee sample collection, processing, testing, and reporting.

Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Implement and monitor SOPs and quality control procedures.

Review QC results and investigate deviations or errors.

Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and functioning of laboratory equipment.

Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation.

Monitor inventory of reagents, consumables, and laboratory supplies.

Ensure proper sample identification, handling, storage, and disposal.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administration, and other departments.

Support internal and external audits and inspections.

Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and applicable regulatory requirements.

Investigate incidents, complaints, and non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

Prepare laboratory performance and quality reports for management.
