Job Overview

We are seeking reliable, secure, and detail-oriented Cash Logistics Executives / Officers to manage and oversee the safe transport, replenishment, and handling of cash and high-value assets across designated routes and ATM networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure Cash Transport: Ensure the safe loading, transportation, and delivery of cash, valuables, and bank instruments between branch vaults, commercial clients, and ATMs.

• ATM Custody & Operations: Replenish cash in ATMs, manage cassette swaps, handle balance reconciliation, clear deposit boxes, and resolve minor first-line ATM technical issues.

• Cash Vault & Verification: Maintain accurate count of currency notes, assist in sorting and bundling cash, and verify transfer receipts to prevent discrepancies.

• Protocol & Route Security: Follow strict security protocols and route maps during transit. Coordinate closely with armed guards and vehicle drivers to maintain situational awareness.

• Documentation & Audit: Maintain detailed daily shift logs, custody handover sheets, transit receipts, and report any discrepancies or security risks immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in cash logistics, ATM replenishment, security services, or banking operations is preferred (freshers with strong integrity and physical fitness may apply).

• Skills: Excellent numerical accuracy, vigilance, conflict resolution, basic computer knowledge, and clear communication.

• Integrity & Fitness: Impeccable background record, high reliability, and physical stamina for field operations.

• Flexibility: Readiness to work flexible shifts and travel along assigned regional routes.
