Business Analyst

Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements (BRDs, PRDs, user stories).
Analyze current business workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvement or automation solutions.
Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to derive actionable insights and track business KPIs.
Create detailed process maps, wireframes, use cases, and technical specifications for development teams.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in validating that delivered solutions meet documented requirements.
Serve as a central liaison between business units, product managers, and technical delivery teams.
