ATM Custodian – Job Description

Job Role: ATM Custodian
Qualification: 10th/12th Pass
Experience: Freshers & Experienced can apply
Job Type: Full-time / Field Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Refill and load cash into assigned ATMs.

• Check cash balance and perform cash reconciliation.

• Collect and deposit cash as per company/bank procedures.

• Monitor ATM functioning and report technical issues.

• Perform basic ATM maintenance such as receipt-roll replacement and minor troubleshooting.

• Maintain daily cash records, reports and transaction details.

• Ensure ATM site cleanliness, security and proper functioning.

• Travel to multiple ATM locations as assigned.

• Immediately report any cash discrepancy or operational issue to the supervisor.

Required Skills:

• Basic cash counting and mathematics.

• Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.

• Good communication skills.

• Honest, responsible and punctual.

• Willingness to travel in the fields.

Salary: Typically around ₹10,000–₹18,000/month, depending on location, company and experience.
