Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily floor operations, assist customers, and resolve inquiries efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Support staff coordination, shift scheduling, and team performance to achieve sales targets.
Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to operational compliance guidelines.
Generate daily sales reports and assist in administrative store tasks.
