Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AI Automation Engineer to join our team in Whitefield, Bengaluru. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy automated workflows and integrate artificial intelligence solutions to streamline key business processes, optimize efficiency, and improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and scripts to reduce manual execution time across business operations.

• AI Integration: Integrate modern AI models, APIs, and machine learning components into existing software tools and operational pipelines.

• Process Optimization: Analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and engineer scalable automation solutions.

• Testing & Debugging: Monitor automated systems, troubleshoot bugs, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize script performance.

• System Maintenance: Maintain detailed technical documentation for built workflows and update integrations as platforms evolve.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to understand technical specifications and requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and experience working with REST APIs.

• Automation Tools: Knowledge of workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n) or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is a plus.

• AI Familiarity: Practical understanding of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), prompt engineering, or AI integration pipelines.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.

• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to work effectively within team environments.
