Configure and troubleshoot IP phones, PBX, SIP, and voice networks.

Support video conferencing and collaboration tools.

Monitor system performance and resolve communication issues.

Manage Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, or similar platforms.

Configure call routing, extensions, and user accounts.

Coordinate with network and IT teams for infrastructure issues.

Maintain system documentation and security standards.

Provide technical support to users.

Perform system upgrades, backups, and maintenance.
