Unified Communications Engineer

Manage and maintain UC/VoIP communication systems.

Configure and troubleshoot IP phones, SIP, PBX, and voice networks.

Support platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, or similar tools.

Monitor voice and video communication performance.

Resolve communication and connectivity issues.

Manage call routing, extensions, voicemail, and conferencing systems.

Coordinate with network and IT teams for system integration.

Maintain system documentation and technical records.

Ensure security, availability, and reliability of communication services.
